Visited looking for a cardboard bike box to fly my bike home and was served by Baptiste who was just fantastic! Not only did he find me a box, he then told me Decathlon buy and sell used bikes, and given I was on the fence about taking the bike home it was a blessing. A short time later I brought the bike into the store, it was assessed by a mechanic and before I knew it I'd agreed to sell it to them for a very fair price. The whole retail experience was 10/10 and particular credit to Baptiste who is a credit to their team.

I have visited this store on Many occasions & have always found the staff very helpful! Great offers & range to suite every budget , being English my french is limited at present, but staff can always understand some Frangli ☺

Wow what is this magic? Repair my bike onsight? Great service, though the staff spoke a little English, they were so helpful. And I'm just amaze that I can take my bike to Decathlon in the city center.
Good service! The store is small, so if you're looking for anything specific, perhaps check the store stock online before going in person.

It's a small Decathlon branch at the heart of the city. The sainte Catherine is pretty crowded and so is the shop. Some of the staff are rude and are not very helpful. Nevertheless, it is a good sports shop.
